* Sombreros *


1 can chili or any type of cooked beans
8-oz cheddar cheese shredded
1 bag corn chips or fry-bread or Indian Tacos
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
1 bunch Romaine or any lettuce, shredded
1 can black or green olives, sliced
1 jar jalapeno slices or Greek peppers
1 can button or shiitake mushrooms
1 bottle prepared Ranch dressing
Salsa to taste

Keep all the ingredients ready. At serving time, heat
the beans through. On individual plates, start piling
up the ingredients, according to taste.
Layer some corn chips or fry-bread or tacos on the
plate. Cover evenly with a layer of the beans.
Sprinkle the cheese. Then layer the lettuce, onion,
tomatoes and avocado.
Add olives, jalapenos and mushrooms.
Finally pour over the dressing and salsa.
Serve immediately.
