* Quick Burgers *


5-oz soy mince
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 tbsp vegetable stock
1 tsp minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Burger buns
Lettuce, tomatoes and onions

Soak the soy mince and drain well. Grind coarsely. Add
the seasonings and stock and mix. Shape into patties.
Grill on the barbeque till done. Put the patties in the
lightly toasted burger buns.
Garnish with lettuce leaves and thinly sliced tomatoes
and onions.
